The Department of Healthcare and Family Services, Division of Personnel and Administrative Services is seeking to hire a Human Resources Specialist to serve in a journey level professional capacity performing complex, specialized professional duties in human resources administration activities for Transactions Unit B. This position serves as professional resource to lower-level staff and other agency staff on transaction activities. Additionally, the position will process personnel transactions verifying compliance with Rules, Pay Plan, bargaining unit contracts and supplemental procedures, HFS policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about Human Resource hiring and best practices that compliment a strategic direction, initiate and adopt standards and processes to meet the challenging needs of our teams, demonstrating a strong attention to detail, independent initiative and strong interpersonal skills, and possess excellent organizational skills.
