Job Description:

As a Residential Cleaner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients' homes are spotless and inviting. This position is part-time, with the opportunity to work 15-25 hours per week during the morning shift. Your primary responsibility will be to clean and maintain the homes assigned to you, meeting our clients' expectations with precision and care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform cleaning tasks in residential homes, including but not limited to dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Clean kitchens and bathrooms, ensuring all appliances, fixtures, and surfaces are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected.
• Make beds, change linens, and ensure bedrooms are well-organized.
• Empty trash bins and replace liners.
• Clean and sanitize high-touch areas, such as doorknobs and light switches.
• Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and within the specified timeframes.
• Communicate with clients in a friendly and professional manner, addressing any specific requests or concerns.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure impeccable cleaning results.
• Work collaboratively with a partner, following a set schedule and completing the assigned locations each day.

Requirements:

• High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality cleaning services.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Availability to work part-time hours in the morning shift.
• Reliable transportation to our office in Madison, TN, to meet your partner each morning.
• Ability to use cleaning equipment and supplies effectively.
• Willingness to undergo a drug test and background check as part of the hiring process.
• Prior residential cleaning experience is a plus but not required.
