Position: Casino Attendant
Department: Slot Department
Primary Responsibilities: (guest interaction, ordering responsibilities, clean up duties, clerical responsibilities, etc.)
· Act as a customer service representative while on the gaming floor.
· Distribute change to guests as needed.
· Respond to jackpots, paper fills and repair slot machines when needed.
· Knowledgeable on the slot layout and services available
· Knowledgeable on all casino promotions.
· Knowledgeable on Players Club rewards program.
· Issue new and replacement players cards as needed.
Secondary Responsibilities:
· Greets all customers
· Maintains accurate service logs when entering a machine
· Performs job duties in a manner that complies with department and Gaming Enterprise internal controls, policies, and procedures as well as federal and state gaming laws, ordinances, and regulations.
· Consistently interacts with the guests in a friendly and helpful manner.
· Maintains a clean, safe, and hazard free work environment within their area of responsibility.
