The ideal candidate will have the ability to create and manage systems that support the department while demonstrating excellent relational and interpersonal skills with the ministry team, staff, volunteers and congregants through various tasks including:Manage on-campus room reservations and details for all Rooted and Life Group related eventsAdminister and attend all Rooted gatherings and trainings and relevant Life group events Maintain group systems and metrics within the database, including group rostersMaintain communication systems including email, website upkeep and podcasts schedulingAbility to complete a wide range of tasks including email correspondence, spreadsheets, phone inquiries, digital file management and moreQualificationsCustomer service attitude and energyProven ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a dynamic environmentPossess good organizational skills and efficient work characteristicsAbility to work comfortably within Google Suite.Strong interpersonal skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAdditional InformationAll Mariners Church Staff:Love Jesus and call themselves Christians.Embrace a high biblical standard of personal conduct and lifestyle.Agree to and adhere to the church's statement of faith and leadership commitment. Attend Mariners Church.
