JOB DESCRIPTION:

The successful candidate will work in the field daily to exceed customer expectations. Under the direction of the Lead Gardener, you will be tasked with maintaining all of our gardening clients’ properties and annual and perennial plantings. Responsibilities include watering and fertilizing as necessary, pruning, weeding, pesticide applications and other duties as assigned by the Lead Gardener. Our clients are very discerning and expect their landscapes to be the envy of the neighborhood.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Good plant knowledge and horticultural background, a love for the outdoors, independent worker, able to follow direction
