Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction management and possess strong leadership abilities. Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage daily construction activities on-site
- Implement and enforce safety protocols in compliance with OSHA standards
- Read and interpret construction documents
- Monitor project progress and ensure quality workmanship
- Supervise and mentor construction crew members
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in construction management and supervision
- Proficiency in construction management software such as Primavera
- Strong understanding of budgeting and contract management
- Knowledge of construction estimating techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety standards
- Excellent supervisory skills to lead a team effectively
