In North America we are on a robust growth path, delivering incremental value to new and existing clients through new ways of working and enhanced solutions.
Acquired by Ebiquity plc in 2012, FirmDecisions delivers the Contract Compliance offering among the Groups' other Service Lines: Media Management, Media Performance, and Marketing Effectiveness.
We are looking for an ambitious, fearless, and organized sales professional who can articulate FirmDecisions' unique offering to North American advertisers and generate interest in our solutions.
As a core member of our regional market growth pod, the CDR will identify and qualify clients who are an excellent fit for FirmDecisions' marketing transparency solutions. Whether interacting via email, over the phone, on a video call, or in the offline world, the CDR will be an ambassador of our presence and proposition in the market.
The CDR will own the first portion of a potential client's journey with FirmDecisions and will be responsible for generating top-of-funnel sales conversations in line with our growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Strategic Sales Pod to generate market outreach and build the top of our sales pipeline
- Monitor agency-advertiser shifts to create sales opportunities
- Profile target accounts to define outreach strategies
- Work closely with other teams at FirmDecisions & Ebiquity Group to develop account intelligence, relationship maps, and use case opportunities
- Reach out proactively to prospects in thoughtful and value-additive ways
- Use a variety of communication methods to engage with prospects
- Set meetings for North American senior reps when a lead reaches a qualified stage
- Collaborate with the Managing Director on maintaining and updating sales playbook
- Master the art of prospect conversations and needs discovery
- Drive attendance for webinars; set meetings for conferences
- Ensure prospects and sales opportunities are up-to-date in our CRM
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 1 years of experience in sales generating role, preferably selling to Marketing and Procurement customers
- Track record of hitting sales activity KPIs
- Energy and drive to build the next phase of our scaled success in one of the most important ad markets in the world
- Strong desire to compete and win
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills coupled with exceptional listening skills
- Ability to engage with potential clients and build rapport with potential clients in an authentic way
- Previous exposure to sales frameworks
- Proficiency in core tools: Salesforce, LinkedIn, Microsoft 365.
