Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a(n) Employee Relations Partner

Position type: Contract.

Duration: 9 Months Contract (could potentially go longer depending on business need)

Location: (Hybrid)- Austin, TX; Ann Arbor, MI; Atlanta, GA; Chicago, IL; Mountain View, CA; New York; San Francisco, CA; Seattle, WA; Washington, DC

The Ideal candidate will have Experience with Strong working knowledge of Employee Relations Partner, Investigations, employment law, , Internal Audit, Employment Legal

As a(n) Employee Relations Partner you will:

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of Employee Relations/Investigations experience gained in either an HRBP role, Employee Relations Advisory role, or equivalent experience as an employment attorney practicing employment law.
  • Experience dealing with employment law principles and conducting and advising on investigations.

Desired

  • Preferred Experience dealing with employment law principles and conducting and advising on investigations.
  • Experience conducting the full life-cycle of workplace concerns and/or investigations.
  • Ability to successfully work across different identities and apply an intersectional lens in daily work and interactions (race, gender, etc)
  • Experience with stakeholder management in a global organization
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proven track record of ability to operate with empathy, and diffuse/de-escalate challenging conversations/situations
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity
  • Experience advising on a wide range of employee relations issues, including reorganizations and performance issues.
  • Ability to establish strong cross-functional relationships at all levels and geographies.
  • Ability to listen, but also to persuasively convey opinions and recommendations both in speaking and writing.
  • Project management skills with demonstrated ability to manage global projects.
  • Effective analytical and problem solving skills with ability to organize and analyze data.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Rate* - USD $50 to $55 per hour.

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
