PGS is currently looking for an experienced Business/Requirements Analyst to analyze information technology (IT) requirements in business processes, through requirements elicitation, solutions identification, risk analysis and collaboration across various (IT) teams. This position is hybrid and requires in person support three days per week,

Responsibilities:

• Apply advanced consulting skills and/or extensive technical expertise; full industry knowledge and develop innovative solutions to complex problems
• Gathering, documenting, and analyzing business/organizational needs and functional requirements, serving as a liaison between technical teams and program stakeholders
• Experience identifying problems, needs, and opportunities for improvement to help the organization successfully implement new systems.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree with 7-10 years of relevant experience supporting the Federal Government. In lieu of Bachelor's degree an additional 4 years of experience is required
• TS clearance is required
• Superior written and oral communication skills

Pay: $110,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
