Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Painting Contractor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various painting techniques and be proficient in both interior and exterior painting projects.
Duties:
- Prepare surfaces for painting such as scraping, sanding, and filling holes
- Apply paint or other finishes using airless paint spraying equipment
- Understand color theory and schematics to achieve desired outcomes
- Utilize hand tools effectively to complete tasks
Experience:
- Proven experience in painting, restoration, and renovation projects
- Knowledge of drywall repairs
- Ability to work independently and efficiently on various projects
Nice-to-have Skills:
- Experience in remodeling projects
- Proficiency in frame carpentry tasks
- Familiarity with airless paint spraying equipment
