Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Crew Leader to join our team. The Crew Leader will oversee and coordinate the daily activities of landscape maintenance crews, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Duties:
- Supervise and lead a team of landscape maintenance workers
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks including garden and lawn care, tree care, irrigation, and building projects
- Train new crew members on proper techniques and safety procedures
- Coordinate work schedules and assignments for the crew
- Monitor and maintain tools, equipment, and supplies inventory
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Have a clean driver's license with no DUI's. Must be able to communicate in English and Spanish.
Experience:
- Prior experience in landscape maintenance is required
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team
- Strong knowledge of garden and landscape maintenance practices
- Ability to maintain outdoor spaces to high standards
- Experience in supervising, training, and delegating tasks effectively
