Job Description
About the Role: Primary focus will be testing our clients Wi-Fi and Broadband products and firmware. This is an In-Office position but there is some flexibility to work from home.
Required Skills: Focus in Wi-Fi QA, running speed testing, supporting another tester on the team who has built out test cases. This person will work with their product team member, and other engineers on the team. The hiring manager is not a micromanager and everyone on the team will be willing to help this person out. This role will be focused around testing cases and situations with a focus on Wi-Fi and broadband equipment and firmware releases.
Preferred Skills:
1. Understanding of tools like iperf, Wireshark, wi-fi scanners, and analiti.
2. Ability to learn and take on new challenges.
3. Overall understanding of wi-fi and running speed testing
4. Understanding of firmware
5. Understanding of test cases and situations with a focus on Wi-Fi and broadband equipment and firmware releases.
