As a Curbside Server you are the main point of contact for and with our guests, guiding them through the Marlows Tavern experience every day. Your mission is to create a personalized and memorable experience with every interaction, creating a deep bond with each guest, providing a friendly & cheerful place for all guests by delivering exceptional service and world-class hospitality.

As a Curbside Server you will interact with our guests personifying our companys philosophies, values and guiding principles and serving as the champion of the Hospitality First vibe in your Tavern.

**Daily Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**

* Meets with all Managers/Chef de Cuisine to receive updates on food & beverage features and to go packaging requirements.

* Makes sure all to go station equipment is in proper working order, proper sanitation supplies, communicating problems when necessary.

* Greets and interacts with to go guests in a warm and friendly manner by learning guests names, occupations, and favorite drinks. This will create the corner bar environment which makes Marlows Tavern unique.

* Informs guests of specials and menu changes while making recommendations so the guest can make an informed food and beverage choice.

* Suggestively sells appetizers and drink upgrades to guests picking up or ordering food to go, personalized upselling based on their needs and wants.

* Takes and records food and beverage orders from the guests and repeats orders back to the guest to ensure accuracy.

* Effectively uses POS system to relay orders to kitchen staff by accurately entering items

* Follow excellence in great uniforms standards daily.

* Wears the appropriate Personal Protection Equipment (Manager & current standards required by company).

* Observes guests body language to anticipate guests needs to add value to the guests experience and promote repeat business, validating order with guest present.

* Prepares to go drink orders for to go guests.

* Responsibly serves to-go alcoholic beverages, where allowed to do so, to guests, ex. Checks IDs and adheres to alcohol awareness policy to prevent service to minors.

* Thank the guests, bids a fond farewell and invites them to return as they leave the tavern.

* Practice food & beverage knowledge, continued education and learning about all to be the expert in your tavern.

* Re-sets to go/pick up area wiping off high contact surfaces chairs tables.

* Breaks down and replenishes to-go supplies to prepare for the next shift. Close to open

* Cleans station floors, counters, high contact surfaces using the proper cleaning solutions to ensure station/bar remains sanitized.

* Pre, post and during shift inspects restrooms, tavern dining area, and vestibule, cleans as needed, and reports any unsafe conditions to the chef or manager on duty to maintain safety and sanitation standards.

* Checks out with a manager and performs additional side duties as assigned.

* Reads work schedule to determine when next shift and work time will occur.

* Solicit Insider sign-ups and participate in collecting charity donations such as SOS and SOGA, when these events are going in in your tavern.

* Assists other team members as needed.

* Following up with guest to thank them for their business and ask them about their experience, via phone call, text or online follow up.

**Requirements:**

* Entry level acceptable One year high volume to go or curbside experience preferred

* Customer service experience preferred

* Must be minimum age to serve alcohol and able to obtain county liquor license

* Authorized to work in US
