Summary:

Supports the collections group by performing routine administrative and clerical tasks. Inputs data, coordinates document distribution, and prepares reports.

Education & Qualifications:

* A high school education or GED required

* Requires 0-1 year of general work experience

* Effective written and verbal communication skills

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy

* Time management; ability to successfully prioritize and manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines

* Microsoft Applications including Excel and Word

Job Duties:

* Documentation: Handle all tasks related to the gathering, preparing, and distributing paper and electronic documents; including preparing third-party referrals packages, preparing and mailing letters, and gathering extension documentation for execution

* Recovery efforts: Request titles for collateral at remarking stage and follow up with dealerships for refunds on unused warranties

* Reporting: Review, update and process daily exception and payment return reports

* Update system with return mail codes

* Create and maintaining monthly reports for management review

* Review and order supplies for the department

* Adhere to all company procedures, state and federal regulations, and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB)

* Perform other duties as needed upon request from immediate supervisor

The Good faith range is $20.06 to $23.58.an hour. Eligible for quarterly incentive cash opportunity. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications and operational needs. The salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.
