Overview

Nakupuna Consulting is seeking a Junior Management Analyst to support the capture and creation of technical requirements from functional specifications for agile development projects, analyze and document client requirements and business processes, and validate requirements, interface, and other module requirements. This includes working closely with the Military Treatment Facility (MTF) staff and leadership to ensure education and training requirements are met and documented.

Support and assist in the management daily operations of the office, communicating with the MTFD team and leadershipReview requirements and policy documentsValidate requirements, interface, and other module requirementsAdvise and execute activities in support of the Network, MTFs education and training requirements Act as a liaison between MTF stakeholders, trainees, and leadershipAssist in the management and support of daily operations of the officeWork with project stakeholders to identify and prioritize the training and education requirementsEnsure that requirements reflect the end users’ needs and that the system being developed reflects the requirements

Qualifications

Qualifications Required:

• 5 - 10 years of senior technical requirements management experience with federal government contracts
• Must have the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the project
• Must possess business and technical knowledge to review workflow, documentation and user surveys, and analyze data to identify a solution to a business issue
• Experience formulating and reviewing task plans and deliverable items while serving in or supporting the federal government.

Qualifications Desired:

• Experience working directly with MTF leadership in the hospital setting is desired

Education:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a discipline related to engineering, information technology, or management.

Clearance:

• This position requires an active Public Trust. Must be a U.S. citizen.

Physical Requirements: In addition to the skills and qualifications mentioned above, candidates must, at a minimum, be able to meet the following physical requirements.

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to use stairs without assistance.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions with the hands, wrists, and fingers.
• Ability to engage in and follow audible communications in emergency situations.
• Ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and working on a computer
