Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients or customers and provide information about products or services.
• Schedule appointments for sales representatives or other staff members.
• Manage appointment calendars and confirm scheduled appointments.
• Follow up with potential clients to confirm appointments and provide additional information as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of scheduled appointments and update customer information in the database.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints or issues related to scheduling appointments.
• Meet or exceed appointment booking targets set by the company.
