Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Caretaker to join our team. The Caretaker will be responsible for the maintaining and upkeep of the facilities, ensuring a safe and clean environment for all occupants.

Duties:
- Perform maintenance tasks when asked
- Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues
- Supervise work of external contractors .

Experience:
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance and repair
- Ability to perform general maintenance tasks

Must be US Citizen.

This is contract work and is for 6months to a year. ( could go longer)

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
