Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Recruiter/Trainer to spearhead our recruitment efforts and ensure that our team members are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver outstanding results. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruiting and training employees, excellent communication skills, and a passion for developing talent.

Responsibilities:

• Recruitment:
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best fit for various positions within the company.
• Utilize various recruiting platforms, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to expand our candidate pool.
• Coordinate and conduct recruitment events, such as job fairs and open houses, to attract potential candidates.
• Training and Development:
• Design and implement comprehensive training programs for new and existing employees, covering customer service, and company policies.
• Develop training materials, including manuals, presentations, and hands-on activities, to facilitate learning and skill development.
• Conduct training sessions in both group and one-on-one settings, ensuring that all employees receive consistent and high-quality instruction.
• Assess training needs and continuously evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as needed to meet evolving business requirements.
• Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees to enhance their performance and career growth opportunities.
• Onboarding and Orientation:
• Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including completing necessary paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and introducing them to company culture and values.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure that new employees have access to necessary resources and information to succeed in their roles.
• Serve as a point of contact for new hires, addressing any questions or concerns they may have during their transition period.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in recruiting and training employees, preferably in the construction or service industry.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing strategies, interviewing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse groups of people.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in Google Suite.
• Certification in training or human resources management is a plus.
