Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Marketing Consultant with a preference (but not requirement) for candidates who have experience in healthcare, particularly within out-of-pocket medical practices. The ideal candidate is a skilled "deal closer" capable of overcoming patient objections and challenges, and effectively communicating the unique benefits of our practice and procedures to prospective patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle Inquiries: Respond to inquiries about all Practice services using proven scripts and methods.
• Build Relationships: Cultivate professional relationships with prospective patients actively seeking out new care opportunities.
• Community Outreach: Expand awareness of Carolina Integrative Medicine and Clemson IV Bar & Aesthetics' healthcare services through networking and community outreach efforts.
• Maintain Communications: Manage Big Boost marketing app and ensure timely follow-up on all inquiries.
• Product Knowledge: Achieve and maintain a high level of competency in knowledge and positioning of practice products and services.
• Reporting: Prepare accurate forecasts and other sales reports as required.
• Strategy Implementation: Contribute to the development and implementation of Outreach and Marketing strategies.
• Drive Sales Growth: Achieve year-over-year sales growth and increase practice gross revenue.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Relevant certifications or training in sales and marketing may also be considered.
• Demonstrated commitment to wellness and health required.

Skills & Capabilities:

• Proficiency in utilizing computers and technology, particularly in Microsoft Office suite and various cloud-based software applications.
• Customer-centric approach with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, adept at addressing and overcoming objections effectively.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
• Comprehensive understanding of clinical operations and procedures.
• Familiarity with legal and ethical standards governing medical care delivery, coupled with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team or work independently.
• Strong negotiation skills to facilitate successful deal closures.
• Excellent multitasking abilities, capable of effectively managing multiple priorities to drive results.
• Skilled in crafting and delivering compelling sales presentations centered around value creation.
