Role Snapshot
Our Technology/IT Sourcing Manager will lead the procurement of enterprise level hardware, software and professional services in support of company and customer requirements in accordance with company policies and procedures, and when applicable federal government laws and regulations.
  • Establish and drive the strategic sourcing process for IT enterprise level hardware, software and professional services in alignment with Business Leadership and enterprise strategic plans
  • Capture business requirements and understand the various technologies to ensure technical requirements are met
  • Develop and maintain deep category knowledge and regularly leverage industry experts, peers and stakeholders to identify and benchmark best practices at a subject matter expert level
  • Manage supplier selection through RFQ, RFI and RFP process; responsible for driving competitive supply strategies to achieve lowest total cost of ownership via industry best practices
  • Own the planning, implementation and execution of category strategy for complex and high-impact requirements
  • Manage existing contract portfolio
  • Track cost savings and cost avoidance
  • Apply effective supplier risk assessment methodologies to ensure supplier accountability to contractual agreements
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members
  • Ensure relationship development and management with key business stakeholders and suppliers
  • Leverage influencing skills to align objectives and targets with stakeholders, including senior leadership

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent post high school and/or related work experience
  • 1 or more years of related work experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • 6 or more years of progressive work experience with sourcing, procurement, legal, and/or supply management
  • Experience managing RFP's for IT related goods and services (hardware, software, and cloud)
  • Experience with market research as it related to procurement and IT
  • Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)
  • Strong MS Office Suite knowledge

Salary Range
$77,500-$100,000 annually
The base pay offered for this position may vary within the posted range based on your job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
