The Quality Assurance Professional 2 audits the APC associates within Humana internal departments and our partnering vendors. Develops policies, procedures, and methods to check operational quality and improve the same. Trains and/or coaches’ staff and management in areas such as quality improvement, process management, and reliability science. Maintains communications with administration, medical staff, and department heads regarding quality assurance activities. Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas. Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, requires minimal direction, and receives guidance where needed. Follows established guidelines/procedures.

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting.
