As a Technical Service Engineer you will be responsible for:

• Provide application expertise in both mechanical and electrical design engineering to support District Sales Managers and customers.
• Review drive specifications and job requirements provided by customers to ensure technical compliance.
• Generate assembly instructions and support production as needed to ensure smooth manufacturing processes.
• Handle complaints related to field failures, evaluate returned products for warranty analysis, document inspections/complaints, and generate reports.
• Administer warranty decisions in accordance with established procedures.
• Offer Electronics/Motion Control and Power Transmission application expertise to personnel and customers.
• Maintain established sales activity and contribute to increasing new sales of products within Corporate guidelines.
• Travel to customer sites as necessary to provide on-site support and foster long-term relationships.

Requirements for the Technical Service Engineer:

• Experience with Mechanical and manufacturing principles.
• A bachelor's degree in Engineering along with relevant experience.
• The ability to travel to customer sites.
• Must be knowledgeable in CAD systems
• Customer service experience and communication skills.
