The Fertilization Technician must be thoroughly familiar with all aspects of chemicals that are used by the Company. The Fertilization Technician must be able to correctly analyze, diagnose, and treat problems arising from disease, improper care, etc. A successful Fertilization Technician will possess or be able to obtain an Ohio Department of Agriculture (ODA) Certified Pesticide Applicator certificate, be able to develop an effective preventative maintenance program for customers, operate effectively with minimal supervision, and ensure all safety procedures are followed.
