DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Maintains reception area during regular office hours.
• Answers phones, receives and routes incoming messages and inquiries.
• Gives information to callers or routes calls to appropriate department.
• Assists Team Members in the completion of paperwork and forms and routes the paperwork to the appropriate department.
• Makes copies of property forms or other printed matter as needed.
• Maintains the confidentiality of applicant, Team Member and departmental information.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
• Ability to maintain a working knowledge of current topics and trends in human resources.
• Assists with special projects as assigned.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
• 18 Years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft office programs including Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Strong ability to perform many tasks simultaneously.
• Previous receptionist experience preferred.
• Previous human resources or employment experience preferred
