We are searching for a leader who will thoughtfully develop our talented team members and bring innovation and thought leadership to drive modern marketing solutions for a broad range of e-commerce clients.
How will you make a difference?
As an Associate Director of Paid Media, you’ll lead a team of Paid Media Strategists, Team Lead(s), and Analysts across search, social, and programmatic channels. You will use your Paid Media and digital marketing expertise to guide your team in creating and executing highly effective campaigns.
Our Associate Directors of Paid Media focus on two main areas: driving digital marketing strategy across accounts to help clients reach and exceed their goals and cultivating a motivating and inclusive team environment that enables team members to learn and grow in their careers.
ROI strives to develop long-term partnerships with clients; our Associate Directors manage client relationships at the highest levels and work to foster a strong rapport to ensure year over year client retention. Your strategic guidance on planning and optimizing digital marketing strategies, coaching on delivering exceptional client service, as well as facilitating collaboration across departments will be a critical aspect of success in this role.
