The ideal candidate will have Big Law (JD is a plus) experience with working closely with practice and firm leaders to ensure a full range of training, performance management, on-boarding, engagement, and staffing activities are implemented in the given practice area(s).
Hybrid: 3x per week
Salary: $160-$180K
Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree, JD Preferred
- 5 years of professional development experience in a professional services environment
- 2 years experience with staffing and client/organizational support.
