Role Description

As a eCommerce Fulfillment Associate for Bits & Bows, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day fulfillment operations. This is a part-to-full-time, on-site role located at the company fulfillment center. You will be responsible for working with a small team to ensure accurate and efficient order fulfillment operations, including picking and packing products, printing shipping labels, and preparing orders for shipment. You will also communicate with other areas of the business as needed to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.

Qualifications

• Experience with sewing/embroidery machines is a plus
• Knowledge of order fulfillment processes, such as picking, packing, and shipping
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet order fulfillment deadlines
• Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with team members and other areas of the business
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including lifting and carrying up to 50lbs
• Experience in a fulfillment center or warehouse environment is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
