Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Mortgage Loan Document Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial services, particularly in Loan Document Preperation and Funding. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment within the financial industry.

Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze loan documents for accuracy and completeness
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as TILA and escrow regulations
- Process loan documents efficiently and accurately
- Collaborate with loan officers and other team members to resolve any document-related issues
- Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems
- Perform basic math calculations related to loan processing

Experience:
- Prior experience in a similar role within the financial services industry, focusing on mortgage loan document preperation, Loan Funding, or related areas
- Familiarity with loan processing procedures and documentation requirements
- Knowledge of FNMA guidelines and regulations
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document review and analysis
- Proficiency in basic math skills essential for financial calculations
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and clients

- Perfered experience with Lending QB (LOS) and IDS Loan Document software.

Pay: $48,000.00 - $54,000.00 per year
