Role Description

3:30pm-12am and 11:30pm-8am Shift

This is a full-time on-site role for a Housing Technician at Golden Peaks Sober Living. As a Housing Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of the sober living facility. Your day-to-day tasks will include supervising residents, enforcing house rules, conducting regular inspections, coordinating activities and events, providing crisis intervention when necessary, and fostering a supportive and respectful living environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role or demonstrated knowledge of sober living environments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to enforce rules and maintain a safe and respectful living environment
• Excellent problem-solving and crisis intervention skills
• Basic knowledge of maintenance and housekeeping tasks
• Experience with conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques
• Empathy and understanding of the challenges faced by individuals in recovery
• Certification in CPR and First Aid (preferred)
• Knowledge of local resources and support services for individuals in recovery (preferred)
