This is a full-time position that includes responsibilities of JIRA Specialists

We are seeking technical, self-motivated JIRA Specialist who can help design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Candidate should have good working knowledge of JIRA.

Required Skills:

• 3 years of experience with Atlassian suite of tools, primarily JIRA and Confluence both a configuration standpoint and customization aspect
• 3 years of software development experience using Java and web-based architectures and technologies (XML, JSON)
• Proficient experience utilizing JavaScript, JSP, SQL, Python and other programming languages.
• Familiar with Configuration Management and CI Tools, such as, Jenkins, SonarQube, Maven etc.
• 3 years of experience with Agile software development.
• 3 years of Product Management experience in defining strategy, and roadmaps.
• Collaborate closely with different working streams and engineers.
• Ability to break down complex problems into actionable steps and get things done in a rapidly changing environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt the communication style for audience.

Additional Skills:

• Proficient in the implementation of Atlassian Plugins.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and support multiple concurrent projects.
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the use of debuggers.
• Assess the risks, and implements mitigation and contingency plan.
