Our client, a premiere investment bank is seeking a junior team member to join its Business Management team in a data management/entry and administrative role. The position is an ideal opportunity to gain valuable insight into investment banking operations through detailed involvement with the firm's transactions.
Responsibilities will include:
- Maintenance of the firm's client management database
- Reviewing and processing transaction related data updates
- Data entry and report generation
- Provide data updates and projects as required
- Take meeting minutes and update deal records as necessary
Experience required:
- College degree with 1-2 years of relevant work experience
- High level of interest in Investment Banking business
- Fast learner with high attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in fast paced, deadline driven environment
- Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word required.
