```Duties``` We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. As a Maintenance Person, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. Responsibilities: - Conduct routine inspections of equipment and systems - Perform preventative maintenance tasks on machinery, equipment, and systems - Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues - Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities - Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner - Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized repairs or installations - Assist with the development and implementation of maintenance procedures Skills: - Facilities maintenance: Experience in maintaining and repairing various building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems. - Leadership: Ability to supervise and coordinate the work of other maintenance staff. - CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System): Proficiency in using CMMS software to track work orders, schedule maintenance tasks, and manage inventory. - English: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. - Logic controllers: Knowledge of logic controllers used in industrial machinery. - Electrical: Ability to troubleshoot electrical systems and perform basic electrical repairs. - Welding: Experience in welding and fabrication. - Maintenance: Skilled in performing general maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, and landscaping. - Supervising: Ability to supervise contractors and vendors during repair or installation projects.
