At Uline, we believe it's all about having good people and as a Campus Recruiter, that starts with you . In this role, you'll support Uline's Campus Recruiting initiatives from our robust internship program to maintaining an early talent pipeline for our growing North American company!

Position Responsibilities
Recruit the next generation of leaders for Uline's corporate internship and entry-level job openings.
Plan, support and represent Uline at university interview days, career fairs, student organization presentations and other campus recruiting events.
Build and maintain relationships with Uline hiring managers to identify recruitment needs, job duties, qualifications and skills.
Actively source qualified candidates through university events, job boards, sourcing tools, social media and networking.
Own relationships with designated schools and explore new universities to support expending college recruitment efforts.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in human resources (HR), business or a related field.
1 year of experience in HR, talent acquisition or internships.
Travel to job fairs, recruitment events and Uline's North American locations as needed.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
