Job Description
First Western Bank is seeking a Loan Operations Assistant. This position will be based out of the Northwest Arkansas area and will be responsible for scanning loan files & financial documents, uploading files to the core system, perfecting liens and processing loan debits & credits. This position will also quote payoffs and manage payoff reporting. Applicants need to possess good communication skills, have an eye for detail and be able to meet deadlines regularly.
Qualified candidates need to have a minimum two years banking experience; familiarity with lending documents preferred. Applicants must pass a criminal background and consumer credit check as well as drug screening. EOE
