Your Role: As the Executive Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating activities for the President/CEO and the Executive Team. You will handle details of a highly confidential nature and must function efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment. This role will also serve as a key liaison to Board members, managing the preparation of board meetings and other needs related to donors. You will work independently to manage multiple tasks and projects with competing priorities and deadlines, ensuring smooth communication and operations for the executive team.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing day-to-day administrative and operational support to the President/CEO and Executive Leadership team.
  • Developing, maintaining, dating, and performing routine analyses in the processing of data for recurring internal reports.
  • Collaborating with the President/CEO to lead the preparation for Board Meetings, including tracking, monitoring, and following the progress of open action items.
  • Ensuring various administrative tasks for the President/CEO are done effectively and efficiently, including copying, reviewing outside mail, and preparing requisite materials.
  • Coordinating Executive Team meetings, developing agendas, taking minutes, and initiating follow-up on action items.
  • Assisting and supporting the CEO in preparing for meetings, including preparing meeting materials and keeping track of meeting progress and follow-up items.

Qualifications

What You Offer:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business, administration, or a similar field, or equivalent experience of 5 years.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar position or as an executive assistant to a senior leader. Project management experience is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and employees.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with Raiser's Edge and audio-visual equipment is preferred.
