As a UX Research Lead for Chick-fil-A, you will touch all phases of the product design process on new and existing digital product initiatives. In this role you will be responsible for supporting User Experience (UX) efforts across various development teams as a part of a Center of Excellence focused on delivering exceptional experiences to our Operators and Team Members at Chick-fil-A. As part of the Center of Excellence, you will help define the UX research and design strategy across product teams and work to implement a comprehensive approach to research and design at Chick-fil-A.
