Overview

As a UX Research Lead for Chick-fil-A, you will touch all phases of the product design process on new and existing digital product initiatives. In this role you will be responsible for supporting User Experience (UX) efforts across various development teams as a part of a Center of Excellence focused on delivering exceptional experiences to our Operators and Team Members at Chick-fil-A. As part of the Center of Excellence, you will help define the UX research and design strategy across product teams and work to implement a comprehensive approach to research and design at Chick-fil-A.

Responsibilities

• The ability to lead UX research efforts across large and complex products while partnering closely with research, engineering, design, and business stakeholders to find elegant and practical insights.
• Represents the restaurant's interests in roadmap prioritization and requirements discussions, setting priorities for the product teams in alignment with leadership and business stakeholders.
• Knowledgeable about all digital products in the portfolio and represents products to others within the organization.
• Coordinates user testing best and all necessary validation efforts before launch.
• Stewards the quality of the UX research across all digital products with varied and competing stakeholders and priorities.
• Establish and maintain a centralized research repository to organize, catalog, and store user research findings, insights, and related artifacts.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of a design system that ensures consistency and coherence across all products and platforms.
• Proactively pursues a deeper understanding of the business to align the product experience strategy with future restaurant needs.
• Keep up-to-date of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX design and research. Proactively share insights and recommendations with the team to drive continuous improvement.

• Proven experience working with research repositories, with knowledge of repository tools & capabilities.
• Proficiency in conducting various user research methods, including usability testing, interviews, and surveys.
