Summary of Main Duties :
Serves as the primary point of contact for the President to internal/external stakeholders, providing outstanding administrative support. The Executive Assistant frees up the President’s time and allows the President to focus on organizational strategy and growth. This position requires a combination of focus and flexibility, as well as the ability to put the President’s and organization’s interest above all else. The ideal candidate is a highly resourceful individual with strong emotional intelligence, self-motivation, and integrity. The Executive Assistant must exercise good judgment, have strong written and verbal communication, organizational and project management skills to manage multiple priorities, must be comfortable working independently on (confidential) projects from conception to completion. Discretion and confidentiality is imperative.
