This position serves as the organizations lead in researching, planning, placing, tracking and coordinating strategic marketing campaigns which promote both specific service lines as well as the overall FHP Brand. This position cultivates both internal and external relationships in order to communicate and implement multiple simultaneous marketing plans ensuring that goals and deadlines are met.

Responsibilities:Performs all functions according to established policies, procedures, regulatory and accreditation requirements, as well as applicable professional standards. Provides all customers of Foundation Health with an excellent service experience by consistently demonstrating our core and leader behaviors each and every day.
Qualifications:Knowledge of marketing or related area as normally acquired through the completion of a bachelors degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field. Skill level as typically achieved through a minimum of 5-7 years of marketing, public relations, communications and/or campaign management experience.
Must be able to demonstrate a high level of analytical and strategic thinking to plan, direct, and coordinate designated projects to ensure that goals and/or objectives of projects are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters, as described above. Competence as a creative writer to develop blogs, ad text, and website copy.
Ability to effectively communicate in both written and oral formats with colleagues to direct others as their functions relate to respective projects. Must possess the ability to effectively communicate and present marketing analysis, marketing plans, and recommendations to internal customers.
Must have a working knowledge of personal software packages to prepare correspondence and presentations as well as create and generate spreadsheets and reports.
Must be results-oriented and able to organize and independently manage various projects or processes simultaneously.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Proven working experience in digital marketing, including SEO, digital ad placement including setting up, and optimizing Google Adword campaigns.
Use of ad serving tools, and A/B and multivariate experiments and use of website analytics tools preferred.
Healthcare experience preferred.
