COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE PARALEGAL

We are looking an exceptional legal support professional to work closely with attorneys and clients to handle commercial real estate transactions and litigation.

This position is based in our downtown Asheville office.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree and/or NC Paralegal Certification
• Experience supporting real estate attorneys in a law firm
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and real estate closing software
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize deadlines
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in drafting title opinions, ordering title commitments and reviewing documents in preparation for recording
• Experience searching and abstracting title in NC
• Experience coordinating closings and managing critical dates required for transactions, maintaining checklists and drafting closing statements
• Experience with Qualia and Clio

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $47,750.00 - $65,000.00 per year
