As a Payroll & Benefits Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our departments compliance in payroll, benefits and reporting. Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, you will be instrumental in streamlining our payroll & benefit processes and ensuring a positive employee experience. This includes all payroll and benefit administration tasks as well as help maintain positive employee relations. You should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and most importantly have a passion for what you do.
Requirements:Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Management: Accurately process payroll, ensuring compliance with legal standards and internal policies.
Benefits Administration: Coordinate employee enrollments and monthly reconciliation, provide guidance and support to team members.
Compliance and Reporting: Ensure all HR activities are in line with legal requirements, including reporting and record-keeping.
Employee Relations: Foster a welcoming and inclusive workplace, handling employee queries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience in HR, with a strong understanding of payroll laws and regulations.
· Excellent communication skills, capable of interacting effectively at all levels within the organization.
· Strong organizational skills, with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Fluency in Spanish is highly desirable, offering an advantage in our diverse workplace.
