GVS-RPB is the market leader in the USA for Blasting Respirators and a challenger brand for high quality PAPR and tight-fitting respirators.

We are looking for a Product Manager for our Safety Division, based in MI to work in our office in Royal Oak, to manage our product portfolio and develop/perform a Training Program on the Safety Product Lines (SAR, PAPR and tight-fitting respirators) for internal employees, distributors and end users.

Duties/Responsibilities:

· Manage current Product Portfolio (competition benchmark, positioning, tools development, product life cycle management and elaboration of strategy to grow)

· Expand Product Portfolio (working with Sales Team and Engineers to prioritize customers/markets requirements for new products)

· Product launch management

· Develop and manage a training program on products and solutions

· Become an expert on our product portfolio

· Conduct virtual and on-site training to customers (distributors and end users) and internal employees

· Communicate with customers to ensure that all needs are met, and product information is understood

· Confidently answer questions and concerns from customers about products

· Create tools such as video and PowerPoint presentations to widespread training on the products

· Experience in PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), especially in Respiratory Protection
