Job Summary :
The Employee Engagement Specialist coordinates and supports a wide range of belonging and employee engagement initiatives.
These initiatives support employee and organizational effectiveness, including the institutional employee recognition program, logistics of employee resource groups events, leads the Affinity Groups, marketing and messaging, and coordinate initiatives that address identified workforce needs using institutional measuring tools / surveys.
