The Law Offices of Arlette K. Bright, P.C. is Hiring an Administrative Assistant/Office Coordinator Near Salisbury, MD

Law firm seeks responsible, motivated individual to join our busy law firm. Job responsibilities include providing administrative and clerical support to firm members, answering phones and greeting clients, track and record deadlines, calendar and schedule meetings and settlements, filing, opening and establishing files, copying, scanning, faxing, drafting correspondence, coordinate client billing and track invoices. Organizational skills required.

  • in-depth working knowledge of Word and Excel
  • minimum high school diploma and one year experience
  • experience with document management systems
  • knowledge of law practices
  • knowledge of legal records and procedures

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Benefits:
