Job Summary
As a member of our leadership team, you'll contribute to strategic planning and serve as a subject matter expert in enrollment and admissions processes. In this role, you'll have the exciting responsibility of managing admission counselors and enrollment processes, while also building strong relationships with key stakeholders to enhance program enrollment. You'll also work closely with community stakeholders, including university partners and business organizations, to foster effective relationships and support the enrollment effort.
Responsibilities
· Direct recruitment process from point of inquiry through enrollment. This includes tracking, analyzing, and reporting data related to the applicant to enrollment pool.
· Develop, execute, and access data processing and technology systems (SIS) that support the College strategic plan and goals.
· Assist in the development, implementation, and assessment of multi-year recruitment plan for all academic programs consistent with the College’s mission, academic and strategic plans.
· Collaborate with the Enrollment Marketing department and academic and non-academic leaders (grant managers, student affairs) across campus to achieve recruitment goals.
· Provide measurable and achievable annual goals for the department and all reports.
· Supervise, evaluate, and develop Admissions staff to support Donnelly College mission, values, objectives, and policies.
· Provide information about best practices, research, and technological advances in student information systems to inform the College’s policies and procedures focused on student recruitment.
· Keep current on national trends by maintaining professional development in admissions and recruiting.
· Administer Admissions budget to implement recruitment activities and goals.
· Schedule and plan open house/on-campus visits in both English and Spanish.
· Additional duties as assigned.
· Some evening and weekend work required
Qualifications
· Master's degree preferred; will consider bachelor’s degree with five years of relevant experience.
· Bi‐lingual skills (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
· Excellent written and oral presentation skills that connect with students, families, faculty, staff, and senior leadership and that incorporate innovative communication platforms.
· Minimum of 5 years’ experience in college/university admissions or other outreach activities involving high‐school students and/or
· adult learners.
· Substantial experience working with culturally, ethnically, linguistically, and economically diverse students.
· In‐depth knowledge of college search and scholarship program procedures to counsel and advise students.
· Ability to build and maintain effective cross-organizational relationships.
· Prior supervisory experience.
· Experience developing, managing, or utilizing a college recruitment system.
· Demonstrated experience increasing visibility of college programs.
· Student-centric, service approach to recruitment initiatives.
· Positive attitude under demanding deadlines.
· Committed to diversity and serving a diverse population.
· Philosophically aligned with the mission and values of the College.
· Practicing Roman Catholic preferred or able to support Catholic identity.

· Must be able to pass a background check and complete VIRTUS Training through the Archdiocese of Kansas City in Kansas.

Annual Salary Range $53,000 - $56,000
