National Bank is seeking a candidate for a full-time Credit Analyst position in Blacksburg. As an experienced analyst, you will analyze new and existing commercial loans through analysis of borrower’s credit history, financial performance, current market trends, collateral, and feasibility. Spread and analyze financial statements, tax returns, and proformas/forecasts for Commercial and Industrial, Commercial Real Estate, and SBA loan requests. Identify risks/mitigants and make recommendations to senior management regarding additional credit enhancements to mitigate credit risk. Support Loan Department by providing appraisal reviews based on third-party data and industry analysis as needed.
