Schedule : Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm
Wage: $21.70 Per hour
Additional Compensation : $4.57 H&W Per Hour & $500 Hiring Bonus paid out after 30 days of employment.

Your responsibilities include:
- Training staff on floor care procedures, including carpet care, waxing, stripping, and buffing techniques to ensure the highest standard.
- Initiating the development and implementation of innovative policies and procedures to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the floor team.
- Monitor and manage inventory control of cleaning supplies and equipment within the designated area.
- Promptly investigate and report any incidents, accidents, or property damage that may occur.
- Conducting monthly safety inspections for all Northwest Center supplies and equipment to ensure compliance with safety protocols.
Requirements: - At least three years of experience in custodial services, preferably within a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Drivers License and the ability to drive to different locations.
- Proven expertise in floor care, specifically waxing and carpet cleaning techniques.
- Exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, even under pressure.

- Proficient communication skills enable clear and effective interactions with individuals of various ethnicities, abilities, and communication styles.
