TPN is Hiring a Client Operations Manager Near Dallas, TX

Summary:
Are you a master multitasker with a knack for problem-solving and an eye for detail? We’re seeking a Client Operations Specialist to join our vibrant team at TPN. In this role, you’ll be the backbone of our operations, working closely with the Client Operations Director to ensure seamless delivery of print and digital marketing campaigns. From data management to collaboration with internal teams, clients, and vendors, you’ll play a pivotal role in bringing our creative visions to life.
Core Accountabilities:
  • Assist the Client Operations Director in delivering creative print and digital point of sale campaigns to market.
  • Stay up to date on all projects, working closely with Project Management, Account Service and Print Production teams.
  • Communicate operational project needs effectively to the team, providing necessary resources and support to individuals working on the campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with clients and vendors to ensure smooth campaign delivery.
  • Manage data by gathering, recording, and storing it properly.
  • Analyze data and reports for leadership, creating captivating visuals to accompany reports and presentations.

Role Specific Accountabilities:
  • Manage Digital Projects and Deployment at delivery to market phase
  • Create High Level Deployment Form and Master Traffic Form
  • Maintain client asset library of all digital content
  • Communicate directly 3rd party content vendor to provide traffic information by spot
  • Deliver final digital spots to 3rd party vendor for scheduling
  • Integral to the print execution process
  • Work directly with 3rd party print vendors
  • Lead client reviews and obtain approvals for all print project deliverables during studio execution phase
  • Manage internal Fixturing Testing process
  • Internal Management of Projects through the Studio
  • Partner with Operations Manager and interact closely with database management vendor to obtain quantities for distribution and assignment of messaging by fixture
  • Assist with billing & reporting of internal “hard” costs from TPN studio
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3 years) in a similar role within a marketing agency or related industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as pivot tables, XLOOKUP, and complex formulas.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
  • Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Knowledge of marketing processes, campaign execution, and industry best practices.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • A positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a passion for delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Knowledge and experience leveraging project management software such as Workfront a effectively.
