VPC is seeking candidates for an Emergency Management Planner position.
Responsibilities:
Requirements:
Education: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, preferably in an environmental planning/policy, emergency management, public safety, or regional planning field. Master’s degree preferred.
General Experience: A minimum of 5 years' experience in supporting Emergency Management, Hazard Mitigation, Continuity of Operations, and other Emergency planning efforts.
Location: This is a hybrid, 40 hours a week position. Successful applicants will be located in the Baltimore/Washington Metropolitan Area, and be willing to travel to client sites, as needed.
Employment Classification:
This is a full-time position and includes compensation that is competitive in the private market. Employment with VPC is at-will, the employee and VPC each have the right to terminate the relationship at any time, with or without cause or notice. Likewise, the position requirements, terms and conditions of employment, compensation, and benefits are subject to change at any time with or without cause or notice and to the extent that is consistent with the applicable laws.
