Payroll Specialist - Customer Service Representative
Evolution Payroll Services, located in West Chester, PA, is looking to hire a bright and motivated full-time employee as a payroll processor and customer service representative. Our company provides payroll, tax filing, time and attendance and other payroll related services to businesses from 1 to 1000 employees. Requirements
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Data Entry of Employee and Payroll Information; process and print payroll checks and reports
- Provide outstanding customer service - be professional, friendly, patient & attentive
- Research and Resolve issues quickly and efficiently
- Follow Company Policies and Procedures
- Handle confidential information in an appropriate manner
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Strong Math and Computer skills; Excel, Outlook and Word
- Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize; Multi-tasking and the ability to handle interruptions
- Independent problem solving skills; Ability to be autonomous
- Excellent telephone, communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong Work Ethic
- Detail Oriented, quality conscious, well organized and high degree of accuracy
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Bachelor's or Associates Degree
- Experience working in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment
- Experience in Customer Service
