General Purpose of the Position:
We are seeking a Retail Operations Specialist to join our team at Loro Piana. In this pivotal role, you will ensure the efficient day-to-day operations of our retail stores across North America. You will assist in managing various operational tasks, ensuring smooth functioning of the stores. Additionally, the Retail Operations Specialist will assist with various retail projects and supervise the efficient management of standard procedures and guidelines. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a passion for supporting operational excellence in a retail environment.
- Manage the store supply ordering process, including printed materials, office supplies, uniforms and stock keeping needs.
- Assist with the store packaging order process, including forecast completion and emergency orders.
- Review and audit invoices for approval for stores.
- Assist with the Operations audits and back of house certifications.
- Update operational guidelines for process optimization.
- Aid in enforcing store policies and procedures and conduct store audits.
- Assist in the project management/coordination of store openings, renovations, and relocations.
- Assist in project management/coordination of key projects such as trunk shows and personalization events.
- Support stores with After Sales management including quality claims, alterations, repairs, and spare parts.
- Process seasonal uniform orders for stores and assist in forecasting and monitoring budget.
- Update and maintain the Retail Calendar to prioritize operational tasks and deadlines.
- Support in disseminating essential communications to the Retail network.
Profil Skills and Abilities Required
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in retail operations experience, preferably in the luxury retail industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, SAP, and other digital tools.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Project management skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel as needed.

Compensation
Loro Piana uses the published salary range as a guideline to provide our employees with market-competitive pay while allowing for flexibility to recognize and reward various levels of expertise, performance, and tenure.
While the published salary range is a good faith reflection of the targeted salary level for the position, Loro Piana reserves the right to pay outside of the published salary range of $70,000 to $85,000 per year.
